• We require a 50% deposit or 1 night accommodation rate, whichever is the greater. This confirms and secures your booking

Cancellation Policy

• A "non-arrival" = NO REFUND
• IF WE RE-BOOK YOUR ROOM, 10% HANDLING FEE CHARGED, OTHERWISE THE FOLLOWING APPLIES:
  • Less than one week's notice = NO REFUND
  • 1 - 2 Week's notice = 25% refund
  • 2 - 4 Week's notice = 50% refund
  • 4 Weeks or more notice = Handling fee 10%

Bedrooms

Two spacious luxury bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms cater for 4 adults in total with hospitality standard king size beds dressed in the finest percale linen, handmade for your comfort.

Each bedroom has been individually decorated reflecting a calming fusion of subtle fynbos and African hues in the décor.

Bathroom 1 (downstairs)

Spacious including bath with overhead shower. A special feature is an outside shower which may be accessed through this bathroom or from the pool and garden area. A fabulous treat in summer.

Bathroom 2 (upstairs)

Beautifully fitted with mosaic features. Large shower.

Guest toilet (downstairs)

A handy guest toilet situated downstairs.

Lounge

Located on the upper level, the spacious lounge is equipped with a 42" plasma TV with DSTV Satellite Channels, a DVD player, in addition to a luxurious L-shaped lounge suite and occasional chairs. The lounge offers lovely sea views through large sliding doors leading out onto a verandah where you can enjoy long lazy days as you take in the spectacular sea views.

A highspeed broadband internet connection point is available for your convenience to keep you connected to your loved ones. The busy executive will find To RUN To an ideal centrally located base from which to work in the Overberg.
